RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY



Our compression garments can be returned or exchanged as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:


Exchanging/Returning a garment:


  1. The garment must not be held for more than 10 days after the invoice date.

  2. A restocking fee of 25% of the item sales price will be charged if the returned item is sent back to Bella-Jane significantly past the 10 days after the invoice date.

  3. The garment must not have been used, except trying it on, not be soiled, torn, or have any indications of usage.  It must be in re-sellable condition.

  4. It is very important that you re-fold the garment, place it in the original plastic pouch and original carton, the one that has the “Yoga” manufacturer's name on it. (Some items are packaged only in a plastic pouch). The original carton contains manufacturing information important for restocking. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT CARTON ARE SUBJECT TO A REFURBISHING CHARGE OF $ 5.00

  5. Custom made garments are not returnable.

  6. Place the Original Carton together with the filled out page similar to this one that accompanies the garment's shipping box, in an outer shipping box (example United States Postal Service Priority Mail box that is free) and mail it to:

Shipping Costs


  1. The return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  2. The shipping back to the customer of an exchange garment will be by a 3 to 5 business day's delivery with no shipping charges to the customer. For a 1 to 2 day's delivery option, the customer will be charged $16.40.



Inspection of returned items


All returned items, whether for exchange or refund, will be inspected to assure they are in re-sellable condition.

If the returned item does not pass the quality inspection it will be resent back to the customer (no shipping charges) with identification of the reason for its non acceptance and no credits will be issued the customer's account.
